Sadly, I would wind up paying as much in shipping to the U.S. as I would for the set itself. But thanks for putting the link up. I suppose I could order it, have it sent to my UK friend's address and then pick it up when I'm over in the spring.

The DVD for Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy doesn't actually come out in the UK until the 30th January, although you can pre-order it on most sites.

DvD
Sorry about that. Just saw it reviewed and advertised at The Arts Desk site and thought that means the DvD is out right now.
Thanks for your correction.

What a pity we don't drink tea. This is so weird but great at the same time.

The teapot is getting all the attention! That's brilliant.

And I have my pre-order in for Tinker ... haven't seen it yet as we couldn't find a cinema date that worked. So looking forward to seeing it.

I still can't justy to myself paying so much for the teapot, cups and overseas shipping, but this dosn't stop me from wanting it very badly.

It's a lovely tea set. Though, very dainty for a couple of bachelors. Might it be a thank you gift from a grateful "illustrious in the extreme" client (whose first initial might be "E")? ;)
